About the Role

We are building the future of sports engagement. While the rest of the world is just "betting" against the house, our users are trading the game against each other.

We are seeking a highly analytical, hands-on Business Analyst to sit at the center of our decision-making process and help the leadership team understand where we stand, where the market is moving, and how we should respond.

This role will be critical in building the benchmarking, reporting, and insight engine that helps refine our platform and sharpen our competitive edge. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable gathering data, structuring it, visualizing trends, and turning findings into clear recommendations that drive action.

RSBIX LLC (RSBIX) is a new U.S.-based Designated Contract Market (DCM) that intends to list event-based contracts and is in the process of applying for designation by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). While we are launching with Sports, you will also help lay the groundwork for our expansion into Political and Economic markets in the future.

This role is a unique opportunity to join a small, senior team across product, marketing, commercial, and strategy, and actively establishing the foundation for Competitive Intelligence, Strategy & Analytics.

Key responsibillities

Own the Competitive Intelligence Engine: Track and benchmark competing platforms across markets, volume traded, fees, product features, deposit methods, partnerships, promotions, and marketing channels.

Build Historical and Real-Time Reporting: Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources to create dashboards and reporting frameworks that support fast, informed decisions

Monitor Market and Product Trends: Identify changes in platform offerings, user experience, liquidity patterns, pricing structures, and customer acquisition tactics across the competitive set.

Support Cross-Functional Decisions: Work closely with leadership across product, commercial, marketing, and technology to convert data into practical recommendations.

Develop Repeatable Analysis: Create structured processes for recurring competitive reviews, market tracking, and ad hoc deep dives on key strategic questions.

Visualize and Communicate Insights: Present findings clearly through charts, dashboards, memos, and presentations that make complex information easy to act on.

Improve Internal Decision-Making: Help the team prioritize product enhancements, market opportunities, and commercial initiatives based on evidence, not intuition.

Support Launch Planning: Provide analytical support for U.S. market launch decisions, competitor positioning, and ongoing refinement of product

Qualifications & Expectations

Required:

3–5 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, market research, competitive intelligence, or data analysis in fintech or sports betting environments.

Strong ability to efficiently and effectively collect, organize, analyze, and communicate both historical and real-time data.

Experience with web scraping and building/maintaining data pulls via APIs from third-party platforms, vendors, or internal systems.

Comfortable working across messy, incomplete, and rapidly changing datasets.

Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and strong data visualization capability.

Working knowledge of Python at a minimum; SQL experience is strongly preferred.

Proven ability to turn data into concise recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Strong communication skills and a collaborative, cross-functional working style.

Preferred:

We’re a sports-first prediction market, and you need to live and breathe the calendar to better understand what the data could be saying.

Experience in prediction markets, sports betting, fintech, exchanges, trading platforms, or other regulated financial products.

Prior experience benchmarking competitors across product, pricing, distribution, and marketing dimensions.

Background in high-velocity, data-driven operating environments.

Trading experience in fintech and/or sports betting firms is a plus.

A degree with a strong quantitative background.
